About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Covenant House’s ERP implementation to bridge Finance, Operations, Development, and IT
Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator, managing configuration, customization, user access, and workflows
Partner closely with the Finance and Accounting team to support month-end and year-end close processes
Collaborate with IT to lead end-to-end technology projects and system migrations
Develop and deliver end-user training programs and evaluate emerging technologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Total of 8-12+ years relevant experience within the financial systems administration space, including experience interfacing with or as part of a leadership team
5+ years minimum of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, including configuration, scripting, and workflow design
3+ years of formal project management experience, including leading cross-functional technology projects
Demonstrated experience working within or directly supporting a finance or accounting function.
