About the role
- Collaborate with the Creative & Social Media Executive to brainstorm, plan and execute social media content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Cove community app and YouTube
- Create visually appealing content including videos, graphics and written posts that align with brand guidelines
- Stay updated on latest social media trends and proactively suggest new creative ideas for IG Reels and TikTok
- Assist with set up and staging professional and lifestyle photoshoots and VR shoots for new properties
- Lead and manage VR scan during property photoshoots
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute monthly community events for tenants
- Assist the marketing team in staging properties for investor tours
- Increase brand visibility and recall through memorable designs and content adhering to brand guidelines
- Report to Creative & Social Media Executive
Requirements
- Completed or pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in design or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience in creating video content for IG Reels, TikTok and/or YouTube
- Basic video editing skills
- Comfortable with being on camera
- Great spoken and written English
- Creative with an eye for design
- Resourceful
- Attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and deal with ambiguity
- Proactive and not afraid to go out of comfort zone
- Team player
- Preferred: Strong passion for social media marketing
- Preferred: Strong visual design skills
- Preferred: Motion graphics is a plus
