Managing the operations team, motivating and building a strong working culture and measuring/managing individual and team performance to achieve company objectives
Working in partnership with the tech team to design, develop and deploy technologies that improve operational efficiency
Owning the opex budget, maintaining tight controls and identifying projects and work streams to increase efficiencies through vendor management and maintenance initiatives
Owning the ops S,G&A budget to decouple manpower cost growth from revenue growth and improve profitability while maintaining customer service
Owning the capex budget and driving efficiencies on spend per room through supplier partnerships, procurement initiatives and financing
Growing analytics capabilities to ensure comprehensive tracking of operational efficiency and customer service metrics and structured reporting
Handling escalated tenant complaints and high-risk issues and resolving them appropriately
Ensuring team structure and operational excellence through robust SOPs, training and supervision
Establishing and deploying Cove’s standard of service and building a customer-focused mindset across the organisation
Maintaining positive and constructive relationships with landlords to run properties to agreed Cove standards
Ensuring property onboarding is completed on time, in budget and in accordance with safety and property regulations
