About the role
- Key member of the Cove Indonesia cross functional leadership team
- Managing the operations team, motivating and building a strong working culture and measuring/managing individual and team performance to achieve company objectives
- Working in partnership with the tech team to design, develop and deploy technologies that improve operational efficiency
- Owning the opex budget, maintaining tight controls and identifying projects and work streams to increase efficiencies through vendor management and maintenance initiatives
- Owning the ops S,G&A budget to decouple manpower cost growth from revenue growth and improve profitability while maintaining customer service
- Owning the capex budget and driving efficiencies on spend per room through supplier partnerships, procurement initiatives and financing
- Growing analytics capabilities to ensure comprehensive tracking of operational efficiency and customer service metrics and structured reporting
- Handling escalated tenant complaints and high-risk issues and resolving them appropriately
- Ensuring team structure and operational excellence through robust SOPs, training and supervision
- Establishing and deploying Cove’s standard of service and building a customer-focused mindset across the organisation
- Maintaining positive and constructive relationships with landlords to run properties to agreed Cove standards
- Ensuring property onboarding is completed on time, in budget and in accordance with safety and property regulations
