About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide exceptional service by supporting bilingual members through in-person, phone, and digital interactions
Interpret conversations, assist with accounts, and ensure every member feels understood, confident, and valued
Answer questions and guide members through financial solutions
Serve as an interpreter between credit union employee and bilingual members
Provide assistance to online, mobile, and phone banking users by resetting passwords or unlocking accounts
Address bill pay inquiries and resolutions, assist with cross account access, and verification of deposits
Perform all job functions with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency and professionalism
Find a successful balance between achieving individual productivity, job performance, and service goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

A high school diploma or equivalent
Must pass credit union fluency testing and maintain working knowledge of English and secondary language
A minimum of 1 years’ experience as interpreter preferred
A minimum of 1 years’ related experience or an Associate’s Degree
General knowledge of the credit union and its services preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows Software programs
