About the role

  • Translate product strategy into execution
  • Write detailed PRDs and specs for epics
  • Own prioritization and backlog execution
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams for prototypes
  • Own product areas from discovery through development
  • Monitor post-release performance and iterate based on feedback
  • Communicate feature updates to internal stakeholders
  • Support implementations for early-stage products

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile SaaS environment
  • Technical or analytics background
  • Direct, hands-on experience with engineering teams
  • Experience writing detailed PRDs and specs
  • Ability to create wireframes or clickable prototypes (Figma or equivalent)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
  • Nice To Have: Experience in higher education or education technology, client-facing experience, exposure to AI/ML product development, accessibility experience, developer-facing documentation experience, experience managing a bug backlog, platform performance experience, leading developer experience initiatives
