About the role

  • Run partner and client-facing conversations about technical integrations
  • Call external APIs to perform data review and manipulate CSV and JSON Data
  • Work directly with clients to improve their experience and feedback
  • Own all aspects of the client's technical onboarding experience
  • Define new SIS integration architecture and methodologies
  • Develop deep product knowledge and provide API integration expertise
  • Improve time to integration and drive customer experience

Requirements

  • Experience with data integration and ensuring data consistency
  • Strong experience with API operations, SSO, User Provisioning, Github, Postman Collections
  • Ability to understand data models and apply this knowledge to customer projects
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools
  • Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
