About the role
- Own Coursedog’s commercial contracting process end-to-end
- Define and execute the long-term vision for contract management and operations
- Build contract strategy: templates, playbooks, and negotiation processes
- Establish legal infrastructure with a focus on AI
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts & other agreements
- Drive change management initiatives
- Provide training and develop resources for cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years experience in contract management, legal operations or paralegal capacity at a fast-paced tech or SaaS company
- Deep commercial contracts experience managing enterprise SaaS agreements
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Hyper-responsive
- Strong business judgment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing deadlines
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
