Collaborate extensively with Product Segment Marketing, Content, and Customer Marketing teams to ensure successful, unified execution of all demand generation programs.
Requirements
8+ years of B2B enterprise software experience in a growth marketing or demand generation capacity.
Proven track record of managing, mentoring, and coaching direct reports in a fast-paced environment.
Extensive experience with funnel metrics and demonstrated success in moving the needle on critical pipeline goals.
Strong data-centric focus and expertise with core MarTech platforms: Salesforce.com, Marketo, 6sense/Demandbase proficiency are required.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau preferred) and Sales Engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo) is a plus.
Experience marketing to Procurement, Finance, IT, or Supply Chain personas is highly preferred.
Strong sense of accountability and proactive mindset, taking full ownership of results and anticipating future needs.
