About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build the operational framework for a new reseller partner program, including Salesforce requirements, order form support, and partner payment processing
Process monthly partner finance activities, including virtual card expense reconciliations, supplier invoice management, and expense/invoice reporting
Develop partnerships with FP&A, Accounting, Revenue, and Partner Alliances stakeholders
Transition partner finance, reporting, and tracking requirements from current alliance and commercial finance owners
Review open purchase orders for adequate funding and approaching expiration
Support review and standardized processing of new partner agreements and reporting-script impacts
Review partner billing and rebate agreements and document reporting and payment processes
Support order forms for supply chain and app marketplace partners
Maintain process documentation and work instructions for partner expense/income programs
Support partner processes across Travel, Treasury Management, Coupa Pay, Coupa Link, Coupa Advantage, and Revenue
Handle ad hoc operations projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with US-based employees
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
Methodical and analytical approach to work
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Detail-oriented mindset for finance projects
Familiarity with process mapping and documentation creation
4+ years of experience in business operations or financial analysis
Ability to focus on operational efficiency
Experience with Office, Google Suite, Salesforce, and other standard software tools, especially Microsoft Excel
Highly productive and proactive with minimal oversight
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
Willingness to work hands-on across projects
