About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help customers get the most out of their Coupa Pay investment
Drive growth and adoption of Virtual Cards, Digital Payments, and Working Capital Solutions
Create and own the adoption strategy plan
Help customers create success goals linked to their business objectives
Become a trusted partner and engage customers in strategic conversations
Analyze and report on customers’ overall Pay opportunity
Forge strong partnerships with customers, partners, suppliers, and colleagues
Meet customers in person via occasional travel
Provide Coupa platform demonstrations and training

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years’ experience in either payments or systems applications
Deep domain expertise in either Payments and/or Procurement systems
Extremely strong client management skills
Experience with Software as a Service is a plus
Previous sales or lead consulting experience with applications such as Coupa, Tipalti, or others
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations is strongly preferred.
