About the role
- Join product team and work on design deliverables for Coupa's AI Platform, including AI agents, generative interfaces, and intelligent automation features.
- Help shape how users interact with AI-powered solutions for business spend management.
- Apply design-thinking to craft best-in-class AI product experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system needs and define feature requirements.
- Rapidly iterate on designs, align with stakeholders, and create prototypes as needed.
- Lead or assist in research initiatives for discovery and design validation.
- Present designs and research insights to stakeholders for feedback and alignment.
- Partner with developers to ensure design feasibility and monitor the impact of deployed changes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience, including 3+ years in complex domains.
- Deep understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and integration best practices.
- Proficient in inclusive, accessible, and user-centered design principles.
- Advanced Figma skills for building design systems, libraries, and prototypes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to convey design strategy.
- Proven track record (with portfolio) of creating visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces.
