About the role

  • Manage the technical setup of regional field campaigns by building Marketo programs, automated workflows, and lead management triggers to ensure accurate execution across marketing and sales platforms.
  • Ensure field marketing and sales efforts align with established best practices to remain scalable, effective, and measurable, ensuring every touchpoint is fully attributable.
  • Assist lead attribution by creating and monitoring Salesforce (SFDC) campaigns and real-time performance reports to track event results and pipeline.
  • Design and update sales enablement collateral, equipping regional teams with the specific messaging and data needed for successful event preparation and follow-up.
  • Document and share best practices to promote internal adoption, support onboarding, and drive strategic alignment between Marketing and Sales departments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within a large technology company, with a strong grasp of demand generation and sales processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Tableau to drive campaign orchestration and data-oriented decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while translating complex processes into value-add business activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and align Marketing and Sales teams.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives on taking initiative, working autonomously, and utilizing marketing automation tools to their fullest potential.
