About the role

Design and institutionalize the "Finance Operating System"—the integrated governance cadence that ensures the global organization operates with full visibility.
Lead the process for identifying and ranking the most impactful projects across the finance organization.
Represent the Office of the CFO in enterprise-wide initiatives.
Develop and maintain a standardized process for the CFO’s participation as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts.
Manage the end-to-end timeline for Board and Audit Committee materials.
Conduct deep-dive status assessments of primary initiatives and maintain executive dashboards.
Act as the primary reviewer for the CFO’s schedule and commitments.

10+ years of experience in high-impact roles (e.g., Management Consulting, Business Operations, or Strategy) where you were required to navigate varied business problems and drive outcomes in complex environments.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence senior leaders across different functions without having direct authority over them.
Comfortable shifting between high-level strategic planning and the granular details of execution; a "hands-on" operator who can wear many hats.
The ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, executive-level narratives and actionable frameworks
