About the role

  • The Global AI Strategist for Professional Services is the lead architect of Coupa’s AI-driven services evolution.
  • You are responsible for defining how Coupa’s global delivery organization shows up for customers.
  • You will strategize on how to translate rapidly evolving Product Management AI capabilities into repeatable, high-value consulting motions.
  • You will shape the organizational design of our specialized AI delivery cohorts to ensure they are positioned for maximum customer impact.
  • You will lead the charge in using AI to automate manual implementation toil and radically accelerate the time-to-value for our global client base.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Professional Services leadership or Digital Transformation, with a proven track record of implementing AI/Automation at scale.
  • Ability to look at a raw product feature and envision the consulting methodology required to make it successful at a Fortune 500 company.
  • Deep understanding of the Generative AI landscape (LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering) and how it applies to enterprise software delivery.
  • Experience in "Role Design" and building specialized technical teams in a global SaaS environment.
