About the role

  • Prospecting, building pipeline, and selling Coupa's cloud-based spend management solutions
  • Take ownership of territory and drive new business results; meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders across departments and levels to identify pain points and decision-makers
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships and provide proactive thought leadership
  • Collaborate with Account Development Representatives (ADRs), customers, internal teams, and Coupa partners to create joint vision roadmaps
  • Leverage pre-sales support to qualify leads and close deals for mid-market accounts (up to USD 1 billion)

Requirements

  • Strong and demonstrable experience in software sales and selling to mid-market customers
  • Executive presence, self-motivation, and resilience
  • Expertise in leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing deals
  • Proven track record of proactively hunting new business opportunities
  • Experience selling business value to Finance and Business customers, focusing on ROI and TCO models rather than product features
  • Quota-carrying experience; ownership of territory and meeting or exceeding sales quotas
