• Analyze key performance levers such as on-time delivery, cost, and feasibility, and develop solutions to improve these metrics.
• Define and execute project plans under guidance of project managers or engagement leads; collaborate with solution architects on modeling approaches.
• Identify and escalate issues that may impact project scope, quality, timing, or cost to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct structured, data-driven analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities and clearly communicate findings to clients.
• Validate data, build and test models, run scenario analyses, and support the creation of client presentations, ensuring full documentation of methodologies, assumptions, and data sources.
