Sales

• Assist in the monthly global sales commission calculation by creating monthly system uploads, reconciling calculations and reporting on results
• Review monthly sales order information to ensure accurate commissions calculations
• Manage large data sets to identify and reconcile monthly commissions calculations and transform into actionable insights
• Support the creation and distribution of individual sales commission plans for new employees
• Support quarterly and annual audit processes
• Provide exceptional support and resolve commission inquiries to sales and sales management
• Build documentation to effectively manage all sales commissions processes
• Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and Human Resources to maintaining monthly commission reporting and ad hoc projects as needed
