About the role

  • Identify, qualify, develop, and close new service engagements in collaboration with Account Managers/Sales
  • Engage early and often with our sales teams in the pipeline-building process to strategically identify opportunities.
  • Proactively ensure customer value is recognized, key pain points are identified, and long-term, scalable solutions are recommended.
  • Actively participate in sales cycles, covering all aspects of Coupa services
  • Design, estimate, and/or scope engagements, both directly and through partners
  • Support the development of customized service offerings to meet client needs
  • Provide feedback to the Solution Delivery Team on the suitability of existing packages to customer needs, supporting continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling consulting projects, solutions, or managed services within a Software/SaaS environment, with strong knowledge of procurement and accounting processes.
  • Successful track record managing services engagements for large, multinational customers, including executive-level and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Highly credible and effective at all organizational levels, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships with customers and partners.
  • Structured, rigorous, and solutions-oriented, with a history of sales overachievement and proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Excel, Word, OpenAir, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrates exceptional discretionary effort, discipline, and organizational skills, driving consistent performance, reliable execution, and scalable growth.
  • Brings a positive, can-do mindset and a commitment to continuous learning, enabling resilience, adaptability, and long-term success in a fast-evolving industry.
