Support Engineer

• Provide second-level techno-functional support across Coupa’s suite of products, including core procurement applications and acquired solutions.
• Understand customer use cases to help them maximize the value and effectiveness of the Coupa platform.
• Manage escalations and deliver timely updates to stakeholders in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across integrations, workflows, configurations, and APIs while driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Cloud Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Contribute to the knowledge base through high-quality documentation and stay current with Coupa releases and certifications.
