About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for building and scaling new sales channels.
- You identify new opportunities, proactively drive the acquisition of relevant accounts and referral partners, and negotiate cooperation models that create win-win outcomes.
- By designing and managing exclusive formats (events, webinars, roundtables), you build a loyal community that strengthens Coup's position as a leading expert in the grant funding market.
- You develop compelling storylines and sales materials that make complex topics like grant funding understandable and attractive.
- You define and track KPIs for your channels. Analytics and reporting form the basis for deciding which activities we should continue to invest in.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You bring the experience and drive to build sales channels in a structured way and make their success measurable.
- Experience with Google Suite (especially Slides), Pipedrive, and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Trello).
- You have experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects (e.g., product launches or events) in a structured way from planning to rollout.
- You have an excellent sense for language and design. You can translate complex subject matter into compelling narratives that reflect our market positioning.
- You are data-driven and track the success of your activities using leads, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
- Strong communicator: you communicate clearly and precisely in German and English and are adept at collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have relevant professional experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B Sales.
- Strategic drive: you combine strategic goal orientation with entrepreneurial action and take ownership of the successful execution of your projects.
- Hands-on mentality: you enjoy driving multiple initiatives simultaneously and are prepared to both plan tactically and get operationally involved, e.g., at trade shows.
