About the role
- Support hiring operations across Country Meadows’ 10 senior living communities in Pennsylvania.
- Coordinate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and hiring logistics for Home Office and leadership positions.
- Manage job postings, recruitment advertising, and applicant flow across platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Monitor candidate communication and hiring progress within UKG.
- Assist with execution of HR and talent acquisition initiatives including job posting updates, recruitment marketing improvements, and hiring process enhancements.
- Maintain recruiting procedures, process documentation, and job aids used by the Employment Specialist team.
- Support evaluation and implementation of recruitment technologies and sourcing strategies.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new Employment Specialists and maintain the Employment Specialist Training Manual.
- Provide guidance and support to Employment Specialists regarding recruiting tools, workflows, and hiring practices.
- Track and review recruiting metrics including applicant flow, time-to-hire, and hiring activity.
- Prepare reports and insights to support hiring decisions, Employment Specialist coaching, and recruitment strategy adjustments.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support.
- Experience with HR systems or applicant tracking systems required; UKG experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-site healthcare or senior living organizations preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR compliance fundamentals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leaders and teams across multiple locations.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
