About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partners with Marketing, Agency management and financial representatives to create and implement marketing plans to meet identified objectives of specific agencies and financial representatives
  • Drives awareness and enrollment in current marketing programs
  • Communicates and educates agents and staff on Marketing best practices and tools
  • Conducts marketing needs analysis to identify performance needs and gaps
  • Compiles, tracks and analyzes data to evaluate marketing solutions
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with various internal and external contacts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training
  • Experience supporting marketing, sales, or agency team, especially in service‑oriented or small‑business environments
  • Effective communication and relationship‑building skills, including experience educating others on tools or processes
  • Ability to interpret marketing or performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity with digital and social media marketing tools and best practices
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple requests at the same time
