About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join COUNTRY's Documents & Forms technology team as a Sr. Project Manager.
Coordinate project/agile teams and provide overall direction for technical projects from initiation through to completion.
Collaborate across project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure project success within established scope, budget and timeline.
Create, manage and execute project/program plans, including project requirements, estimates, scope, timeline, milestones and deliverables.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, including team members, vendors/contractors, business and ITS partners.
Ensure the establishment of scope and priorities and identify/manage risks, issues and dependencies to achieve project objectives.
Manage and track budget and budget variance as well as project progress against project milestones and budget.
Monitor project progress and milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including status reports and presentations.
May primarily manage projects using Agile/Scrum framework.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
Working experience with Kanban (preferred), or SAFe, Scrum, or similar Agile methodologies
In-depth experience using Rally
Excellent communication and organization skills.
