About the role
- Provides wide range of legal service, involving independent planning, research, investigation, development of legal advice and review of corporate materials
- May concentrate in one or more specific areas, with opportunities for cross-practice experience on various projects (Agriculture, Banking and Securities, Contracts, Insurance and Regulatory, Corporate Governance, E-Commerce, E-Discovery, Employment and Employee Benefits, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Real Estate and Mortgages, Tax and Transactional)
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training
- Licensed to practice law in the United States
- Ability to obtain bar admittance in Illinois (full or in-house) within a year
- Current with continuing legal education requirements set by applicable licensing body
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in teams
- Strong legal research skills
