About the role
- Manage business development and revenue generation through trusted client relationships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs and boards on leadership and succession.
- Provide strategic oversight across complex client engagements.
- Develop and mentor the next generation of TMG.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD) or equivalent executive-level experience in leadership advisory or coaching.
- At least 10 years of experience working closely with C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated success in growing client relationships and generating new business.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex issues into actionable insights.
- Recognized expert in at least two of the following areas: executive coaching, succession planning, talent assessment, or board effectiveness.
- Effective communicator with the ability to lead executive conversations.
