About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning products and features aligned with instructional goals and user needs
  • Partner with subject matter experts and instructors to ensure content accuracy, usability, and alignment with certification and educational standards
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, curriculum teams, and developers to bring new learning tools and enhancements to life
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in curriculum and product offerings, and pilot new, innovative approaches to improve learning outcomes
  • Work cross-functionally with technical, educational, and operational teams to prioritize initiatives and drive successful implementation
  • Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and continuously iterate to improve the learner and instructor experience
  • Define and track key metrics to evaluate product performance, scalability, and impact
  • Own the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch to ongoing optimization
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners
  • Stay ahead of trends in edtech, instructional design, and learning science to bring fresh ideas into the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, education, edtech, or a related field
  • Strong project management skills and experience working across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making
  • Background in curriculum development, instructional design, or learning science is a plus
  • Experience working with vendors or technology partners
  • Excellent communication skills—you can translate complex ideas for diverse audiences
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
