About the role
- Supports the successful execution of roofing and construction projects from initial site assessment through closeout.
- Works closely with business development, operations, clients, and insurance partners to ensure projects are properly scoped, documented, compliant, and completed efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.

- Site assessment & project scoping (Xactimate/Symbility)
- Client interaction & needs interpretation

- Ongoing support & issue resolution

- Facilitate collections on projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in roofing or construction project coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Xactimate and other construction/roofing estimating tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems preferred
- National or multi-site project experience (Preferred)
- Familiarity with estimating and cost controls (Preferred)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (Preferred)
