About the role
- You ensure that our core HR and finance administrative processes run reliably, on schedule, and in an organized manner
- In close collaboration with the management team, you support both our employees and the central HR and finance processes
- Support with expense and reimbursement processing
- Review, sort, and file incoming invoices, receipts, and credit card statements
- Prepare monthly accounting documents for our tax advisor
- Maintain financial documentation and filing structure
- Maintain employee data and documents in Personio
- Prepare monthly payroll runs and liaise with the payroll office
- Draft and adapt employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documents
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage leave and absence requests
- Act as an interface between HR, finance, and our locations
- Support the implementation of new tools and processes
- Work closely with the executive management and the management team
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a commercial vocational qualification, e.g., tax clerk, office administrator, HR clerk, or a similar qualification
- 2–4 years of professional experience in administrative or accounting roles (e.g., accounting firm, SME, office management, or HR)
- Very meticulous, structured, and reliable work style
- Basic understanding of accounting and HR processes
- Experience with Personio, DATEV, or similar systems is an advantage
- High degree of independence, sense of responsibility, and dependability
- Very good German language skills
