About the role

  • Key Account Management: As a Key Account Manager, you are the primary contact for owners' councils and property owners, understand their concerns and initiate implementation through the platform and our expert teams.
  • Owners' Meetings: You confidently lead the annual meetings of your condominium associations — your team handles preparation, organization and follow-up.
  • Quarterly Reporting: You meet with your condominium associations regularly in remote calls to present reports, discuss key topics and provide transparency.
  • Shaping Future Topics: As a strategic contact person, you proactively position topics such as energy efficiency, maintenance projects and sustainable development — supported by our technical building experts.

Requirements

  • Property management expertise: You bring solid experience in condominium (WEG) management and are familiar with the challenges and requirements of this demanding role.
  • Strong communication skills: You are a confident and reliable contact for owners and advisory boards. A strong customer orientation characterizes you.
  • Digital affinity: You appreciate remote work, enjoy working with digital tools and think innovatively.
  • Structure and self-responsibility: You keep an overview even with complex tasks and work precisely.
  • Willingness to travel: You are willing to travel occasionally for meetings or important events (approx. 20% of the time).
