About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Compliance team in building and maintaining a centralized contract repository, including organizing documents and establishing naming conventions
- Help track and manage partner compliance documentation, including renewals, amendments, and key updates
- Assist with licensing and regulatory filings, including Secretary of State filings and audit support
- Monitor compliance programs and contribute to recordkeeping, audits, and reporting efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance processes are accurate and up to date
- Contribute to additional compliance and operational projects as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Business, Legal Studies, Risk Management, or related field preferred)
- Strong interest in compliance, legal, operations, or the insurance industry
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
