About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end, cross-functional process optimization initiatives
- Independently scope, plan, and execute complex process improvement initiatives across diverse business functions
- Map and evaluate existing workflows using root-cause analysis to identify bottlenecks, performance shortfalls, and inefficiencies
- Assemble, facilitate, and lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver business solutions on time and within scope
- Establish operational metrics, KPI dashboards, and leading indicators to track process efficiency
- Consult with senior stakeholders on business process re-engineering techniques
- Develop analytical reports and present data-driven recommendations, control plans, and methodology frameworks
- Guide, train, and coach junior Business Analysts in process methodologies, data tools, and problem-solving techniques
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, operations management, or process engineering
- Advanced proficiency in business analysis frameworks
- Knowledge of process re-engineering methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
- Advanced quantitative data analysis skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience independently managing end-to-end improvement projects
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a data-first approach
