About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end, cross-functional process optimization initiatives
  • Independently scope, plan, and execute complex process improvement initiatives across diverse business functions
  • Map and evaluate existing workflows using root-cause analysis to identify bottlenecks, performance shortfalls, and inefficiencies
  • Assemble, facilitate, and lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver business solutions on time and within scope
  • Establish operational metrics, KPI dashboards, and leading indicators to track process efficiency
  • Consult with senior stakeholders on business process re-engineering techniques
  • Develop analytical reports and present data-driven recommendations, control plans, and methodology frameworks
  • Guide, train, and coach junior Business Analysts in process methodologies, data tools, and problem-solving techniques

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, operations management, or process engineering
  • Advanced proficiency in business analysis frameworks
  • Knowledge of process re-engineering methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
  • Advanced quantitative data analysis skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience independently managing end-to-end improvement projects
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a data-first approach
