About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for client developer teams
  • Help developers understand data structures, map payloads, and integrate with Cotality APIs
  • Analyze, triage, and debug client API requests, JSON/XML payloads, and data mapping queries
  • Resolve integration errors and data mismatches
  • Track, document, and reproduce technical issues reported by clients
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to expedite bug fixes and system resolutions
  • Guide clients through the onboarding lifecycle
  • Ensure integration milestones are met and timelines are respected
  • Author and maintain integration guides, FAQs, data mapping schemas, and troubleshooting documentation
  • Report to the Manager of Client Delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience required
  • Strong expertise in business analysis
  • Experience with process re-engineering, such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Experience with complex data evaluation
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to drive operational change and manage projects independently
