About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with software engineering teams and business and product stakeholders to align enterprise needs
Understand product dependencies to refine the roadmap, establish completion timelines, and institute success metrics
Drive roadmap progress and manage expectations for a broad stakeholder group
Communicate progress and findings through product briefs, status updates, and demos
Ensure adoption and interoperability across the Real Estate Solutions business
Work with clients and partners to understand business needs, workflows, and long-term objectives
Turn client and partner knowledge into collaborative solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years working with or leading successful teams focused on product management or development
Recent mortgage lending or financial services technology experience
Ability to quickly learn the overall technology stack and ancillary solutions
Proven decision-making skills and experience guiding prioritization
Ability to make trade-off decisions balancing customer needs and technology constraints
Track record of delivering quality work on time with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of UX design, technology, and data analysis
Additional mortgage industry domain experience as a business leader, engineer, technical business analyst, or product manager
Experience helping design and implement large-scale event-driven architectures
Understanding of Lean Software Development principles
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline
