Act as the ultimate subject matter expert for the Tableau architecture and BigQuery environment, conducting high-level technical reviews.
Establish a culture of "Insights to Action," transforming complex datasets into intuitive executive visualizations.
Lead and mentor a team (onshore and offshore), overseeing the professional development of experienced individual contributors.
Partner with Operations leaders and other management teams to implement data solutions that streamline workflows and improve customer experience.
Lead the creation of complex predictive models and capacity simulations to dictate resource allocation and staffing levels.

Requirements

Typically requires a Master’s degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) or a significant level of equivalent professional experience.
8+ years of experience in BI/Data Management with a proven track record of managing teams of technical professionals.
Expert proficiency in Tableau architecture, Google BigQuery (GBQ), Python/R, and legacy SSRS.
Demonstrated experience implementing system alignments with complex business processes.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills; and proven ability to present to an executive audience in a compelling way.
Strong understanding of forecasting modeling and capacity planning for a large organization.
