About the role
- Set up and manage automated outreach campaigns using Sales Engagement/HubSpot/Highspot.
- Keep CRM 'source of truth' pristine through data enrichment projects.
- Research and implement AI-driven tools for task automation.
- Design and document visual process flows to enhance the sales cycle.
- Gather field feedback to refine product offerings and sales collateral.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Ops, or a related internship.
- Foundational understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Experience with AI tools to automate tasks is a plus.
- Ability to design and document clear, visual process flows.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for inaccuracies such as duplicate leads or broken links.
