About the role

  • Set up and manage automated outreach campaigns using Sales Engagement/HubSpot/Highspot.
  • Keep CRM 'source of truth' pristine through data enrichment projects.
  • Research and implement AI-driven tools for task automation.
  • Design and document visual process flows to enhance the sales cycle.
  • Gather field feedback to refine product offerings and sales collateral.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Ops, or a related internship.
  • Foundational understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Experience with AI tools to automate tasks is a plus.
  • Ability to design and document clear, visual process flows.
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for inaccuracies such as duplicate leads or broken links.
