About the role

  • To be responsible for managing and delivering content to align with Cotality’s UK growth plans.
  • You will be directly responsible for producing compelling content that engages and influences audiences and prospects at every stage of their buying journey.
  • Produced timely and engaging content to help Cotality’s products and services achieve financial targets.
  • Organise distribution of content through various channels including owning a monthly newsletter, social media, and other.
  • Ensure that there is a balanced level of content across the different business verticals. Establishing Cotality as a thought leader within each of these verticals.
  • Develop and publish all types of high-quality engaging content from quick reaction pieces to in-depth reporting, interviews and ghostwriting.
  • Contribute to customer insight and internal knowledge sharing processes.
  • Work with key stakeholders to analyse, assess, and report on the impact of content production.
  • Coordinate and monitor timelines for new content development initiatives.
  • Aid other stakeholders with enhancing copy and provide additional content.
  • Oversee the collation management and distribution of case studies and testimonial content.
  • Show initiative and insight into the sourcing and use of information including collaborating closely with business development of product development colleagues.
  • Help to ensure brand consistency and legal compliance e.g copyright and data protection across all commercial content.
  • Absorbing new technical information quickly and developing a deep understanding of the strategic rationale for transactions and business decisions.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or suitable marketing communications and content experience
  • Brilliant writing ability with a proven track record
  • Content and communications backgrounds essential
  • Property sector, SaaS and data sectors experience would be advantageous
  • Able to produce data-driven technical information to make it easily digestible for varying stakeholders
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Excellent editing skills
  • Great communicator
  • Good researching and investigating skills
  • Proven experience of concepting, planning, and delivering content led campaigns for a range of clients to a tight deadline
  • Be curious and creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting new ideas for new content
  • A clear passion for, or experience working within the property sector, would be advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Able to build strong networks and relationships and manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders within the team across the wider business and externally
