About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take full ownership of the end-to-end product design process, working closely with the product team — from ideation and prototype testing to shipping production-ready visual designs.
Collaborate closely with our existing product designer to evolve our design language and ensure a coherent experience across both sides of the platform.
Work tightly with our product and engineering teams to identify high-impact UX opportunities and deliver solutions that are technically feasible and can be shipped quickly.
Translate concepts into high-fidelity designs and maintain our scalable design system in Figma, ensuring and updating components as needed.
Craft clear, engaging UI copy to guide users through the product.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience as a product designer at a reputable B2B SaaS company or a fast-growing SaaS startup.
Proven ability to design complex, desktop-first B2B web applications end-to-end — from problem framing to interaction design and handoff, ideally demonstrated in your portfolio.
Strong product mindset: ability to find pragmatic "80/20" solutions that balance user value, technical constraints, and business goals.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and experience collaborating with other designers in shared workspaces, including component libraries and design systems.
Self-driven, outcome-oriented, able to work independently and clearly communicate trade-offs and constraints.
Native German proficiency with fluent English.
