About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own business-critical go-to-market projects spanning Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.
- Identify inefficiencies in our funnels and develop data-driven solutions.
- Serve as a bridge between Commercial teams and Product/Tech to break down silos.
- Support the founding team and the CRO by taking on operational responsibilities in day-to-day business.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3+ years of professional experience at a leading strategy consulting firm or in a strategic role within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong affinity for B2B software metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn).
- Experience in GTM strategy, Sales Excellence, or pricing.
- Proficiency in financial/commercial modeling and the ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Native-level German and excellent English.
