About the role

  • Omnichannel communication: You will manage the end-to-end resolution of customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat — always responding promptly, empathetically, and with a clear focus on a sustainable solution.
  • Platform enablement: As a product expert, you will share deep knowledge of features and setups to ensure a smooth onboarding process and efficient use of the platform for our customers.
  • Data management & knowledge base: You will ensure complete documentation of all interactions in Salesforce and contribute to the scalability of our support by continuously maintaining our knowledge base.
  • Strategic interface role: You will act as a link to the Sales and Product teams, consolidate customer feedback, and proactively identify optimization opportunities for our software.
  • Process optimization: With an entrepreneurial mindset you will question existing workflows and contribute ideas to continuously improve efficiency and quality within the Customer Support team.

Requirements

  • Experience: You have experience in customer service, ideally with digital SaaS solutions or in collaboration with stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Service excellence: You define yourself by your enthusiasm for support, remain patient even in complex situations, and consistently act in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Linguistic precision: You are proficient in German at a native level (C2) as an essential foundation for our communication; any additional language is a valuable asset for our international environment.
  • Structured working style: A high level of reliability and a precise, communication-strong working approach characterize your professional standard.
