About the role

  • As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first point of contact for our potential new customers.
  • Targeted search for potential customers and decision-makers.
  • Contacting leads and assessing their needs.
  • Conducting cold calls and sending cold emails.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective customers.
  • Scheduling meetings or demos for the Account Executives.
  • Documenting and maintaining interested prospects in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • You already have experience in acquisition and sales, ideally in B2B sales.
  • You show determination and the ambition to take responsibility for your personal success.
  • You have strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • You like to contribute your own ideas to help elevate yourself and your team.
  • You are motivated to start or develop a career in sales.
  • You speak German at a business-fluent level (native speaker or near-native).
  • Additional language skills are an advantage (especially English).
