About the role
- As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first point of contact for our potential new customers.
- Targeted search for potential customers and decision-makers.
- Contacting leads and assessing their needs.
- Conducting cold calls and sending cold emails.
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective customers.
- Scheduling meetings or demos for the Account Executives.
- Documenting and maintaining interested prospects in Salesforce.
Requirements
- You already have experience in acquisition and sales, ideally in B2B sales.
- You show determination and the ambition to take responsibility for your personal success.
- You have strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbally and in writing.
- You like to contribute your own ideas to help elevate yourself and your team.
- You are motivated to start or develop a career in sales.
- You speak German at a business-fluent level (native speaker or near-native).
- Additional language skills are an advantage (especially English).
