About the role
- Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial and commercial data.
- Ensuring the accuracy of reporting.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting budget planning, financial modeling and analysis of financial performance.
- Monitoring key SaaS metrics and deriving actionable recommendations.
- Identifying improvement opportunities and automation potential in the finance function.
- Independently leading projects to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Basic knowledge and, ideally, initial professional experience in the finance area.
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with DATEV is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Fluent German at native-speaker level is required.
