About the role
- Oversee a range of administrative, coordination and scientific tasks related to client projects
- Format, consistency and general quality control review of scientific documents
- Assist Project Managers with client and healthcare professional communication
- Day-to-day coordination of the project team
- Schedule meetings, record minutes and coordinate distribution
- Develop planning tools to optimise productivity
- Support the accurate referencing of scientific materials
- Screen records for relevance to research questions
- Support the development of client proposals
- Liaise with external suppliers
- Take ownership of tasks in project management system
- Help Analysts translate project methods and results into reports and slide sets
- Reformat scientific documents to ensure adherence to client requirements
- Help project teams keep abreast of the latest sources of information
- Organise monthly team meetings and other activities
Requirements
- A degree level or equivalent qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent).
- A flair for, and attention to, detail
- Exceptional written English
- Effective verbal communication skills
- The ability to tailor your communication style to a variety of audiences
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm
- Excellent organisational skills
