About the role

  • As our next HR Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development programs and day-to-day HR operations.
  • You will work closely with hiring managers, new joiners, and the HR Business Partner to help create a smooth, people-centered employee experience.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment and onboarding process, from job postings and candidate communication to preparing systems, documentation, and ensuring a smooth start for new hires.
  • Create and implement internal programs and processes such as the annual performance review cycle; support delivery of trainings, workshops, and development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, prepare reports and templates, support internal communications, and respond to day-to-day HR inquiries.
  • Contribute to HR projects focused on employee experience and process improvements, collaborating with the broader team to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a hands-on, proactive mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, driving initiatives that add value to the business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • German language skills are a strong plus.
