About the role

  • Support the management and growth of key retail and e-commerce accounts in Italy, contributing to strong commercial results
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retail partners, and commercial stakeholders
  • Prepare and participate in annual negotiations on pricing, terms, assortment and promotional activities together with the Sales Team
  • Contribute to the development of business plans for Italian partners and support their implementation across channels
  • Track KPIs, analyse sales performance and provide insights to guide commercial decisions
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, product, logistics and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless execution in the Italian market
  • Support the identification of new business opportunities and assist in market expansion initiatives
  • Handle sales documentation, offer preparation and account reporting with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Represent CBBH at trade fairs, partner meetings and retailer events in Italy when required

Requirements

  • Min 2 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within consumer goods, beauty, cosmetics or related product categories
  • Good understanding of the Italian retail landscape (drugstores, perfumeries, beauty chains, e-commerce platforms)
  • Solid communication and relationship-building skills, with growing confidence in negotiation settings
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with commercial KPIs
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and internationally, with a hands-on and proactive approach
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
  • Fluent Italian and English required;
