About the role
- Support the management and growth of key retail and e-commerce accounts in Italy, contributing to strong commercial results
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retail partners, and commercial stakeholders
- Prepare and participate in annual negotiations on pricing, terms, assortment and promotional activities together with the Sales Team
- Contribute to the development of business plans for Italian partners and support their implementation across channels
- Track KPIs, analyse sales performance and provide insights to guide commercial decisions
- Coordinate closely with marketing, product, logistics and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless execution in the Italian market
- Support the identification of new business opportunities and assist in market expansion initiatives
- Handle sales documentation, offer preparation and account reporting with accuracy and attention to detail
- Represent CBBH at trade fairs, partner meetings and retailer events in Italy when required
Requirements
- Min 2 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within consumer goods, beauty, cosmetics or related product categories
- Good understanding of the Italian retail landscape (drugstores, perfumeries, beauty chains, e-commerce platforms)
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills, with growing confidence in negotiation settings
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with commercial KPIs
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and internationally, with a hands-on and proactive approach
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent Italian and English required;
