About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Key Account Manager, Oncology is responsible for executing Cosette’s oncology commercial strategy within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with oncology healthcare providers, hospital systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), outpatient and infusion centers, pharmacists, and other key healthcare stakeholders to support appropriate product adoption and achieve territory performance objectives.
  • Manage the territory through disciplined account planning, customer engagement, market analysis, and execution of approved brand strategies.
  • Develop trusted customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, communicating approved clinical and product information compliantly.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to support access, product availability, and patient support initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong scientific and business acumen, the ability to navigate complex oncology care environments, and disciplined territory management skills.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of successful pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare, or related healthcare sales experience with demonstrated achievement against sales objectives.
  • Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and developing relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience selling specialty pharmaceutical products or managing account-based selling models.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems and pharmaceutical commercialization.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Oncology, hematology, specialty pharmacy, or buy-and-bill experience.
  • Experience selling into community oncology practices, academic medical centers, hospitals, or IDNs.
  • Experience supporting product launches, relaunches, acquired brand integrations, or specialty pharmaceutical commercialization.
  • Established relationships within oncology accounts or healthcare systems within the assigned geography.
  • Understanding of specialty distribution models, medical benefit reimbursement, pathways, protocols, and oncology practice workflows.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel as required, including occasional overnight travel.
  • Must reside within the assigned territory or be willing to relocate prior to start date.
