About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute Cosette’s oncology commercial strategy within an assigned geographic territory.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with oncology healthcare providers, hospital systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and other key healthcare stakeholders.
- Manage territory through disciplined account planning, customer engagement, and market analysis.
- Deliver effective product presentations tailored to the clinical and business needs of individual stakeholders.
- Partner with Market Access, Trade, Patient Services, and internal support teams for customer needs related to reimbursement pathways, product access, and patient support.
- Maintain strong understanding of disease states, clinical data, treatment landscapes, product labeling, and evolving standards of care.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of successful pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare, or related healthcare sales experience.
- Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and developing relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience selling specialty pharmaceutical products or managing account-based selling models.
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems and pharmaceutical commercialization.
- Preferred Experience: Oncology, hematology, specialty pharmacy, or buy-and-bill experience.
- Established relationships within oncology accounts or healthcare systems within the assigned geography.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel as required, including occasional overnight travel.
