About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to technical issues with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
Design, build, and maintain automations to improve business processes and efficiency
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot internal applications and integrations
Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures
Support and maintain cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes
Configure, monitor, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Assist with system deployments, version control, and release management
Troubleshoot application, server, network, and database issues
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to increase reliability and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement technical solutions
Document systems, processes, and technical procedures
Ensure security best practices are followed across all systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in Software Development, Systems Engineering, DevOps, or a similar technical role
Strong experience with SQL, including writing and optimizing complex queries
Experience developing automations and system integrations using APIs and scripting
Experience with one or more programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, or Java
Experience with Git and version control
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Knowledge of Windows Server, networking, and system administration
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through
