Bilingual Legal Auditor – International

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and audit files, records, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records in internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Assist with reporting and tracking audit findings
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous auditing, data entry, or quality control experience preferred
- Legal Assistant or legal industry experience is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or similar systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
