About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys handling litigation cases
- Draft, format, and review legal documents and correspondence
- Manage case files, track deadlines, and ensure all case materials are up to date
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and third parties in both English and Spanish
- Coordinate filings, discovery, and document production

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both written and verbal communication)

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Strong professional communication skills
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
