About the role
- Lead, manage, and mentor the intake team to ensure high performance and accountability
- Develop, implement, and refine intake processes and workflows
- Monitor call metrics, lead conversion rates, and overall intake performance
- Train and coach team members on best practices, scripting, and client communication
- Collaborate with firm leadership to align intake strategy with business goals
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and applicable regulations
- Evaluate and recommend intake technology, CRM tools, and reporting improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in legal intake, with leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of intake metrics, KPIs, and conversion optimization
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a team in a hybrid or remote environment
- Experience with CRM and intake software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, Litify, or similar)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results driven.
